Decreased mori change in bloodwebs?

Across all 8 of my killers I've leveled up each from about 15 to 50 and have only received 2 red mori's for nurse. I've also gained about four yellows and two greens. It used to be much more common, so although I doubt i'll get a confirmation has anyone else seen a reduction in mori appearance in bloodwebs?

I've no clue, but hopefully it means I'll get addons I want rather than having a ton of offerings I dont care for being on my bloodwebs. Maybe I can stock up on calm and order addons for my doc and reload addons for slinger
