    Yup.

    The mechanics of this game generally aren't designed to really override each other, but are instead additive. The only exceptions that immediately come to mind are with certain offerings. There ARE some interactions where one cancels out the other, but it is rare, and normally the one being cancelled out is because the other is so overwhelmingly strong. As an example, if you are playing Legion and run Franks Mix Tape, which increases your Terror Radius to take up the entire map, it won't technically stack with Perks that increase your Terror Radius while in Feral Frenzy because FMT is already taking up the entire map. Outside of that Frenzy, however, the Perks will work as normal.
