Do Resilience and spine chill increase Drop pallet speed?

Anyone knows whether Resilience and spine chill increase Drop pallet speed? Not vaulting.

And could we play game in steam as Invisible Mode? Offline mode still can show you online in game friend list.

    It's not included in the descriptions of the perks, and I've not noticed any increases whilst using those perks. Could be an interesting change, but then again those perks are strong enough already. Maybe there could be a potential survivor perk in future which grants that?
