Hit Validation was turned off a few days after it was turned on. It was announced as a Beta test. They got their Live data and took it down for more work from there.

Hopefully they don't take months to roll it out.

No way it's still on. I get hit from miles away as survivor and still get cucked by auto-aim as killer.
