Is this reportable?
I didn’t record it unfortunately but on the Saloon map where the hanging platform is, my friend got hooked up there and the killer was body blocking the stairs so nobody could get up there to save them. Just curious if that counts as gameplay sabotage or something since you’re literally preventing people from doing an objective.

It's just like a killer hooking a survivor in the basement and blocking entry, or someone in thompson house hooking a survivor on the roof hook and blocking the staircase. Since they'll eventually die it's not holding the game hostage.
I think it's a boring way to play but the only way you could do anything is dead harding past the killer and borrowed time unhooking your friend. If the killer is a potato he'll hit your friend and let your friend slip by and you'll take his place unless you've got some serious spins or a styptic.

Can anyone verify that this platform can spawn a hook on top? I've played well over 100 games on dead dawg saloon and never saw a hook up top of that platform... Plus as the generator completes parts of the floor drop out which logistically doesn't leave room for a hook let alone enough room to navigate a hook or unhook to my recollection.

Trying to get a rough picture in my head. Because the report may need to be a map glitch report.
Also if all other gens are done, technically your objective is to escape. There are 7 gens...

If they are done - leave the trial. Not allowing you to rescue survivors from the hook is killer's job.

Not the funniest way to play Killer, but as you said it is in Endgame, what is the Killer supposed to do anyway? This is not reportable in either way, since the Survivor will die eventually.
It would have been reportable if the Survivor was not hooked (aka will not die in 2 minutes) and there would not be any way to get away from the Plattform (this was an issue on Thompsons House in the past, before the rework, there was only the Staircase to get up or down, meaning if the Killer was blocking that, you are trapped). But the plattform is open, so it is impossible for the Killer to hold someone hostage there.

Its not gameplay sabotage or holding the game hostage becouse survivor would die on the hook after 2 min I belive.

If the gates are powered, there's nothing else for the killer to do than protecting a hook or chase survivors. Since the chasing nearly always results in all running out, bc of taking hits for an injured one, killers most likely will defend a hook instead to at least get the hooked one dead.
Your killer had a premium spot there, totally denying you a hook. But thats not bannable, the killer does not have to give you an opportunity for a save. Face camping bubbas are not banned, so this one isn't either. Sure it's lame, and I prob. would at least try to hook swap as a killer, since that grants some more points. But I also had so many encounters where the remaining survs where using BT, DS and protection hits very aggressivly to get all out, so I cannot blame the killer for denying that totally if he got the chance.

It can spawn a hook up there. I hooked people there. I've only seen it spawn near the side of the staircase.

No, the only bodyblocking that is reportable is if there is no way for the match to end. As the only person "trapped" is on a timer to die, and everyone else can leave, it's not bannable.

so when u go up the stair case you turn right and keep going straight to the corner edge of the platform and it was right there on the other side of the guy that’s already dead hanging there. In all the times I’ve played on that map it’s the first time I’ve seen a hook up there as well even my friend was surprised. So I’m not entirely sure if that’s a glitch or just a rare spawn.
