I can't start the game anymore 20-09-09

Seems that there was another big update today.

Now the game won't even start. After the mini-loading picture the game crashes.

Something like the procedure-entry point in "CreateDXGIFactory 2" was'nt found in the "dxgi.dll".


I already validated my Steam game files, reinstalled the game, rebooted my PC, nothing works. My Friends don't have those problems...


How can it be fixed?

    nice Patch, seems like its soon unplayable again...

    Now the EAC complains that I need a win-update because of some sha-keys...
