It’s presumably a bug, since it was undocumented and seems to only affect certain killers

It is a bug. And not only with DS, with everything which lets the Survivor escape the Killers grasp, so DS, Flashlight Saves, wiggling off...

works only with few killers and its a bug

strange i played as myers,freddy, and doctor and the ds wasnt working, ill try other killers but this need to be fixed

it also has shorter stun with spirit and pig, i played blight all day, only got hit by ds once and it was full duration

maybe the blight is stronger than spirit then the DS needs to work

It's a bug.

It's sad, because this works on spirit. I went down and wiggled off because hooks are bugged too. I was within lunge range when she recovered.

People were getting stuck in the terrain for two months and you're shocked this hasn't been fixed?

Sorry to say but...um....
I haven't been stuck once, many players who knew of the glitch didn't even bother heading that way like myself.
Not everyone was affected by this, it's actually quite hilarious knowing there's a bug on the hill and continuously get trapped.
But that's just my "jerk" side talking, my "nice" side sympathizes to the men and women who kept getting stuck time and time again while knowing that the hill was glitched.

Same goes for them simply escaping your shoulder, stun duration for that is way down.

Yeah, just had a match where 3 people stunned killer. She didn't even stun. They got off, she immediately turned and smacked them again. I understand coding is difficult, but how do these particular devs manage to literally break the game every time they add something into it. What is even the point of a testing server for DBD, other than to hype the next killer?

dragons breath had a bug on PTB that survivors didnt scream when activates, guess what happened after the patch came out?

I'd like to say it was fixed, but then again, it's BHVR, so probably learning toward it was still broke, and they managed to break a bunch of other things on top of it. I'm not a software engineer by any stretch, but even I can tell that BHVR either hired a bunch of friends, or nearly everyone lied on their resume when they applied for the position.
