Is Glenvale in Arizona or no?
I know what the wiki says and I know what the map looks like, but... something 'bout it strikes me as odd.
Hellshire's in Nebraska (see Zarina's lore), Caleb's from South Dakota (see the behind the scenes vid), and given everything the whole thing strikes me as off.
It's around 1000 miles from arizona to nebraska (middle to middle) with a horse being able to travel around 30 to 40 miles per day.
So it'd take Caleb about a month to ride back to Hellshire. With what happened to glenvale (and why a small town newspaper would print the bit bout hellshire, nebraska on the frontpage WITH a photograph (look up what newspapers looked like in 1881) is another question) there's no way that Caleb and his posse would not have been met by armed forces.
Bad news travel fast.
So, isn't it more likely glenvale is in Nebraska and the entity just 'redecorated' with more desolate scenery? I mean, it already provides twisted versions of places based on memories, so turning something decently nice looking (think e.g. Rose Creek from the Magnificent Seven remake) into a desolate, dead wasteland is just up its alley...

Also:
I'm not entirely certain, but I think the killer shack on the map is meant to be caleb's workshop? so... quite a distance if he was meant to fill a prison in nebraska if glenvale's in arizona
