"Exploit" on Midwich

So i was playing on Midwich, and i accidentally fall on the hole on the wall on the second floor, but i didn't go all the way to the ground, i stand on the door that is open to enter the building. So I stand there, cause it was funny, and the killer could still get me, if he fall in the same place and hit me, and that's exactly what happened.
But at the end of the game he said that I was abusing an exploit and he would report me for abusing and exploit.
Could I get banned in this situation?
