    It happens to me as killer once out of like fifty hooks. I've wiggled out because of it as survivor around the same amount of times, so it can't be that common.

    A more serious bug would be, maybe, killers not having a terror radius, like they don't have right now. Try playing survivor and getting grabbed off a gen by a Clown, then you have an excuse to be REALLY angry.

    I am annoyed, since it has happened at least once in all my matches as killer, except one, since the update. It's even worse when the hook is far away, because if you drop the survivor, the next time you pick them up, they will just break free.

    It waste more of the killer's time cuz they have to pick the survivor up again and then put them on the hook. So it is annoying
