Kate and Jane breast animation
In the last update, these characters do not have breast animation. Is this a bug or a change. If there is a change, why is there no information?

Doubt it. Spirit still has hers after all, and they also removed the jiggle from the Clown as well.
Seems much more likely to be an animation bug, in the same way as Felix's lobby animations are bugged when holding an item.

As funny as this post is it was confirmed it was a bug by a dev, i forget who.

For all Kate and Jane mains everywhere. When I see your character working with me on a generator if they don't bounce I get distracted by the killer's terror radius. Stop denying killers grabs. Fix the boobies.

Wangs do need a lot of support. However I don't think we have any cosmetics (yet) that accentuate the power of masculinity. Equal rights and all that, of course. Women do play the game too after all. Heh heh.
