Sprint Burst as an active ability perk
Idk man, it's just that I'm getting tired of constantly walking around half the map because I don't want to waste my sprint burst and then have no exhaustion perk for another 40 seconds. I think it would be better if sprint burst was like dead hard? You click the active ability button, and then you start to sprint quickly? It's so annoying when I need to waste my sprint burst and then when the killer comes, I don't have an exhaustion perk. Idk tbh, but it seems better to me

It would be to strong then, that is why.

No.

Sprint burst is more than a "wait until the killer gets close and sprint" perk. It can be used for quick hook saves, getting around the map quicker and protection. I used it once to prevent a survivor getting downed by running into the Killer, giving them a chance to escape and confusing the Killer.
Maybe it's my own viewpoint, but if I see the Killer coming I'll either hide or get going early and probably give myself more time, than waiting for the Killer to get close before sprinting off. Most Killers know not to hit a survivor who walks away because of sprint burst, effectively defeating its objective
Sprint Burst is already powerful. Any changes would make it too powerful. So no change required.

That's a perfect example why DH should be reworked right here. People refuse to learn exhaustion management.

No way, that would be busted as hell. It would be a dead hard that's 3x powerful

No. It's fine - arguably even too strong - as it is. Don't take the perk if you don't want to deal with its drawbacks.

If you want SB on command, it's called Dead Hard. Maybe try it.
Otherwise, maybe learn how to 99 your exhaustion.

Dead Hard but further, faster, can be used when healthy, and can go at any direction you can turn. No, that would be busted lol.
I recommend running Fixated if you don't like walk around too slowly. :P

The attitude, the rude attitude, the deliberate rudeness in some of you is astonishing, even for me.
######### is wrong with some of you, Jesus, calm the hell down.

i mean the fact that you need to walk is the only downside of this perk, the only thing that doesn't make it OP. The thing that makes me never using it, or at least not without Fixated.
