Hex third seal with Hex:Undying

Is It normal that when Hex:the third seal is cleanse while Hex:Undying is up that you lose all your Seal stacks on survivors?

    I was wondering about this as well because I have been trying this combo on pig and my stacks go away if they cleanse the totem but I can build them up again it should not be like this IMO.

    Yes its normal to lose all stacks its part of hex undyings description
