You shouldn’t ever expect that your opponent, be it survivor or killer, is going to play in a way you consider balanced.
Because tunneling is effective killers are going to do it and you should anticipate it. Decisive Strike and unbreakable aew effective so survivors are going to use it, and that’s not their problem. Sure, whatever they’re doing could be super OP, but we shouldn’t go around screaming in end game chat because they played too optimally.
It’s on the devs to fix it, and you shouldn’t demand that your opponent just ignore what works well for your sake.

Never blame other players for ruining your experience, the game itself allows such behavior, such as camping, looping, or slugging and waiting for the bleed out timer.
