how i fixed the strange in-game stuttering

now im not going to guarantee that this will work for you but it worked for me.

start up the game and go to 'setting' look for 'auto-adjust' and make sure its off.

when i did that the stuttering went from constant beginning to end stuttering to 2-4 stutters a match
