Corrosion: Survivors that you hurt will have an increase in their Decay level, leading to them suffering from the Decay status effect. Decay has 5 stages with increasingly negative effects. Survivors that step onto The Mask's Corrosive Pools will have their Decay increase by 2 levels. Survivors hit by The Mask's basic attack will have their Decay increase by 1 level. If a survivor is healed or put into the dying state, their Decay goes down by 2 levels.
Decay I: Survivors receive a 4% debuff to their healing, repairing and sabotaging speeds.
Decay II: Survivors receive a 8% debuff to their healing, repairing and sabotaging speeds. They trigger Skill Checks 10% more often.
Decay III: Survivors receive a 12% debuff to their healing, repairing and sabotaging speeds. They trigger Skill Checks 15% more often. Their grunts of pain are 20% louder.
Decay IV: Survivors receive a 15% debuff to their healing, repairing and sabotaging speeds. They trigger Skill Checks 20% more often. Their grunts of pain are 30% louder.
Decay V: Same effects as Decay IV. Survivors with Decay V suffer from the Deep Wounds status effect. If they aren't mended after 60 seconds, they're automatically put into the dying state and their location is revealed to the killer for 5 seconds.
Special Ability: Corrosive Pools
Holding the Active Ability button has you place a pool of a dark, corrosive liquid in front of you. A maximum of 5 portals can be on the map at once, and if you place a 6th pool, the 1st one that you placed will disappear. If a survivor steps on a pool, they gain two levels of Decay. Corrosive Pools last for 40 seconds after being placed.
PERKS:
Telepathy (Teachable at Level 30): You are able to literally get into the minds of others. Survivors that perform a rushed action within 24/32/40 meters of you will have their location revealed to you with Killer Instinct for 4/5/6 seconds.
"It has been determined that SCP-035 is capable of telepathy, whether or not it possesses a host, even penetrating to the subconscious of others, and using the knowledge it finds to its advantage." Addendum 035-03
Uneasy (Teachable at Level 35): Survivors do not feel well when near you. Survivors within you terror radius suffer from a 15/20/25% debuff to healing, repairing and sabotaging speeds.
"Personnel inside the cell have stated that they feel a heavy sense of dread, fear, anger, and general depression, as well as hearing constant, nearly inaudible whispering upon immediate entry." Addendum 035-09
Hex: Sacrifice (Teachable at Level 40): You have the power to make people do anything, including sacrificing their lives. You become obsessed with one survivor. If any other survivor cleanses any Dull or Hex Totem, including this one, they become exposed for 30/35/40 seconds.
If the obsession cleanses any Dull or Hex Totem, Including this one, they become exposed for 50 seconds and their aura is revealed to you for 7 seconds. Survivors that rescue the obsession become the obsession. You can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time. The Hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem is standing.
"Other segments appear to be diagrams depicting ritualistic sacrifice and mutilation, often for the arcane benefit of the person committing them. Several staff members have been shocked to note that all of the sacrifices bear an uncanny resemblance to various personnel and their loved ones, often in conflicting positions." Addendum 035-07

I like this concept, though it has some problems. He doesn't have anything in a chase and seems to be like a weaker doctor. Telepathy is a lot like I'm All Ears. Uneasy is almost identical to Coulrophobia. Hex: Sacrafice is insanely good, like if third seal had haunting grounds effect. I really like the creativity here though.
