There is a possible chance that this won't happen. The reason is if they fix the bugs and balance, there will be like a hundred more bugs. But if there would be any ideas for a chapter about health, what would they change.

    Moris and Keys being gutted, as they should be

    I assume they would be cleaning up the code to make future changes and bug fixes much easier. I assume that there's quite a lot of unnecessary coupling going on, which is why we seem to get a lot of unrelated bugs when something changes. This would speed up their development in general as well, and it would give them more time to focus on bug-fixes, new content, and balancing changes which result in an ultimately better experience for the rest of the game's life.
