Killer hooking, Breaking, Vaulting Problem

many many times when I try to vault a window, break a pallet, or even hook a survivor it will flash for a second move me for a second but then refuse to do any of the above. I've found I have to go away from the hook/pallet/window to do the action or keep trying multiple times before it lets me. I've lost many hooks and chases cause of this. I play on PS4 but I've seen PC players experience this as well, could this get patched ASAP?
