I need a good Hillbilly build please
So i want to learn hillbilly and yes i know he was recently nerfed but i still want to learn him as he looks fun to play as and still doesn't seem that bad even after the nerf. I also want to know if ruin and undying would be good on him because i feel like he has the mobility for it to work. I definitely am running BBQ though so 3 more perks.
Edit: after looking at some replies i definitely am going to use BBQ enduring and corrupt 1 more perk is wanted
Edit 2: ok thank you for the builds i will be running BBQ enduring Corrupt and whispers but feel free to leave more replies if you have a good build i will be sure to try it out.

I‘ve played billy a lot for the past few weeks and I think this is a pretty good build for him:
BBQ and Chili, nurses calling, surveillance and Ruin. Even tho nurses calling is replaceable on him, it‘s still a good perk to use on any killer. If you have undying, you can use that instead of nurses calling because the ruin/undying combo is extremely powerful at the moment.

i think i would rather replace surveillance with undying and keep nurses but i will take your word for it.

bbq,enduring,whispers,infectious
whispers is replaceable with slowdown perk of your choice (corrupt or pop)
enduring is replaceable with bam if you need it
another quick tip for billy is when theres a downed pallet you can easily zone them by faking a break or pushing them into a deadzone

As a former billy main, id say bbq, enduring, tinkerer, and pop.

Bamboozle, bbq, pop, infectious fright. The goal is to slug as much as possible and use pop and bbq to regress gens and find your next kills. Bamboozle is a great way to zone free chainsaws.

BBQ is an amazing perk for him, because of his amazing mobility. When you hook someone you can just b-line to a BBQ aura and start a chase.
Whispers is also amazing, because it saves you so much time, and helps you get into chases faster, probably the second best perk on him after BBQ.
Infectious allows you to snowball downs very quick, and earns you tons of map pressure (note: only equip this perk if you want to slug).
Enduring allows you to disrespect pallets with the chainsaw.

Former billy main, don’t run corrupt, it’s such a waste on billy due to his high mobility, I’d recommend spirit fury, enduring, infectious and bbq

I use BBQ, Ruin, Whispers and Infectious.
I'll probably swap Infectious with Hex: Undying to have Ruin up for longer since it's a nice Perk to have in Mid to Late Game which is only possible with Undying.
BBQ as an info Perk to get to the next Chase faster. Whispers for early game tracking and for tracking in general if I struggle finding someone.
Infectious was there for snowball and info as well but like I said, I'll swap it for Undying.

BBQ, enduring, tinkerer and agitation is what I use most of the time. Sometimes discordance is ok, probably the only killer who can use it well next to blight and Nurse. I've never thought Billy needed any kind of slowdown, so I still wouldn't run any on him. Pop and corrupt are both good perks though, I personally don't see a point once you have him down you really won't be using them much they just feel like overkill. If you can't run tiles you can always put on bamboozle like I see many Billy and Bubba players do. Infectious is also nice but not as nice anymore because of the overheat mechanic. Monitor is also heavily underrated.
Idk, he's not held down by a bunch of bad perk choices, he can use a lot of perks really well and has many great builds and styles. I just prefer an aggressive playstyle because imo he benefits from that the most due to him having meh chase potential but great map pressure.

Hillbilly is a favorite of mine. Just wanted to add that he is one of the few killers that benefit from Shadowborn. Highly recommended.

best build for billy is probably blight
basically just upgrades billy and replaces all his addons with good ones its a really good build
seriously though, take it from me, its not worth your time learning billy as long as blight exists

Infectious really isn't needed on Billy, unless you're looking for easy/fast games if the survivors are close together.
I usually run BBQ/Shadowborn/Agitation/Enduring.
BBQ is an obvious choice.
Shadowborn is just a personal preference of mine, you don't need it, but it helps me with curves sometimes.
Agitation because of hook bug, also helps me get to the hook I want to go to, not just the closest one. Is also just a random choice, you can swap this out if you want.
Enduring is good, but I've considered swapping it out for something else since you don't keep your charge after being stunned anymore. Can be swapped out for Discordance, maybe Whispers or a utility perk.
Another build is also BBQ/Shadowborn/Enduring/Discordance.
Discordance is just a good perk on Billy, he can get across the map extremely easily and is probably the best user of the perk on an outdoor map.
Slowdown perks are not needed on Billy as you start to get better at getting fast downs with your saw. You can put on Pop or something as you get better at him, but I wouldn't recommend any sort of slowdown perks as a staple of your build.
