"D3D device being lost" message and crash

Hi.

I've seen this "D3D device being lost" was an error back in the day, is it happening again? I am getting it to the point it crashes most of my games (I would say it crashes 3 of every 4 games). I was playing flawlessly until the last update, unfortunately it was about the same time than a nvidia driver update, so I can't blame one or the other.
