That's not a bug, that is how the perk is supposed to work o.O

Oh really? I know the perk was reworked, however it was changed in that point too?

That's not how it's supposed to work:
The wiki is clearly out of date, as it doesn't include perks like Aftercare, but Knockout has been trumped by all survivor aura reading abilities forever. If this new behavior is intentional and not a bug, it was a recent change and was not called out in the perk description.
