TEXTURE ERROR, IN STEVE HARRINGTON'S JACKET

Please fix that texture error :(, I made this image in photoshop to represent the errors, The error is visible when it comes to healing, repairing, oh any action on the under Steve's right arm, Basically the error doesn't have a texture part and looks transparent, Please help :(
