completed both tutorials and everything else is still locked

my friend downloaded dbd yesterday and we completed the tutorial at least 3 times in a row and everything else (shop, survivors and killers) is still locked, does anyone have an idea to fix it?

Are u guys sure at 100% that u have the entire game installed?..check on notifications on the ps menu to make sure by yourselves.
When every option to play is locked on the main menu is usually because the game isn't fully installed.
