Help with Blight Cosplay

I'm trying to do a Blight cosplay, but I'm unsure what kind of coat he is wearing, and what kind of bag he has tied around his waist. I'm not sure that you can even purchase similar-looking things online, but I figured it was worth a shot to ask.

    I think the coat is a coburn great coat, which, if you can sew, should work well with a basic pattern and the cape added.
