5 seconds into the game, the killer is already on me
What kind of stupid starting locations are those? The killer pretty much next to me at the beginning of the match makes no sense.

This was happening to me all yesterday when I was doing Ace's Journey. I did not have the perk setup to deal with that bologna.

I swear sometimes spawns are broken. Sometimes I can't find anyone until a gen pops somewhere, then others I step 5 feet forward and someones right there on me. It's crazy at times.

I'm glad it's not just me. There have been multiple matches recently where I either see someone else or myself hit almost immediately after a match starts. Location spawning at the beginning of matches seems to really be off.

It's actually kind of funny that the old advice of "go to the opposite corner" of the map doesn't apply anymore as you should just check adjacent spawn locations especially on Azarov's Resting Place (Autohaven Wreckers) because usually 1~2 person spawns just a step outside of your terror radius while the other are across the map

There are only so many spawns for survivors. You generally can't spawn within 3 tiles of the killer, so that rules out half the map for the killer to patrol. Then depending on the map there can be places where one survivor is guaranteed to spawn if the killer spawns in a certain spot. A really good killer can be on you quickly even if they spawn halfway across the map because they know how spawns work.

0,05 seconds into the game and discordance already activate what with those spawn

It depends a lot on the offerings too. If the Killer puts in the offering to make all the Survivors start separated, it all but guarantees that some will start much closer to the Killer.

Personally I follow the 3 tile rule so that's how I find survivors very quickly
