does the report system actually work?

2 people cheating, teleporting all over the place, instantly picking themselves up from dying state, i reported them end game after dcing of course, not dealing with that #########, but i heard people say the report system dosnt do anything

    It does not work if you do not also submit a ticket with it. It's super dumb but you have to report In-Game and then also submit a ticket with video evidence of the match in question

    If you are reporting correctly and with video proof, it should work!

    sadly, that’s the only way it works and I guess with cross play it’s harder because I don’t think you can get the steam Id or other platform dependent ids from other platforms and those are mandatory for such a report..

    I've never played a game where the report system actually does anything so I can't imagine DBD is any different.

    If the anti-cheat doesn't catch them its not like they have a 100-man team to sift through thousands of reports, most of which are from sore losers.

    damn, this game needs a better system at detecting cheating. the system could be like " hey mate, u picked up that girl instantly, and i know yo ass dosnt have for the people"
