How to stock up on items

IDK why but the bloodweb loves giving me addons but not items, I'm short on especially medkits and it's kind of annoying

How do I get more items?

Well, the easiest way is to play a Survivor with the Perk: Plunderer's Instinct and unlock it for all your Survivors (or just buy it on the Shrine when it becomes available). Right now my Strode has six Rainbow Maps, five Red Keys, 8 Purple Keys, Ranger Med Kits, etc. You just grab things out of the chests and with this Perk you have a high chance of pulling a Rare item (sometimes with a cool add-on or two as well). Just survive the match and carry the stuff out. That is how my Strode banked this stuff up.

The other way is to just play a lot and earn them when they come in in the Web. It is called a grind for a reason. If you want to build up a lot of them on one Survivor you just keep spending any BP you earn on THAT Survivor. If you spread the BP around, getting Rare items built up on any individual takes a LOT longer. *One more method, if you play with friends (SWF) and they have extra junk they are willing to give you, they can set it down in the game and you can pick it up. Get out alive and you add it to the pile.

Method 1: Spend bloodpoints. This is probably the easiest yet worst way because you have to go through many bloodwebs. It helps to prestige 3 , to eliminate perks and not worry about losing items from prestige later, but at that point you've spent millions of bloodpoints on 1 character.

Method 2: Perks. This one is pretty good, and you can just do it at the same time as method 1. Just use Plunderer's Instinct and get some good items, if you escape, then you can keep whatever loot you earned. Or use Pharmacy if you want to get green medkits.

Method 3: Item trades. It might be hard to find people willing to do this consistently, but you might be able to find people on discord or reddit or something. Just equip a white ward (or weaved ring for keys), trade someone in a match, and you should be good to go, regardless of dying or escaping.

Good news! Plunderer's Instinct is a Universal Perk, so it is already available (Bloodweb RNG willing) to all survivors right off the bat!

Heh. Awesome, I never noticed it was Universal. Even better.

Does the white ward protect the item u randomly picked up on the map thru plunder?

Also do u get to keep the add ons that's found on the item from chest? Using that hand perk.

Yes Ace's perk lets you keep item add ons.

As for the white ward be warned that if the killer has Franklins Demise the only way to keep your item that match for 100% certain is to hop into a locker before the killer can hit you. You have to decide what is more important: The item or the game. If you do not escape with that item because the killer knocked it out of your hand even with a white ward it's gone forever.

I've never tried using a white ward without an item but it sounds like it would work? Not 100% on that one.

I get most of mine with Plunderers Instinct/Ace In The Hole. Easy add-ons, too.
