Rubberband Effect Just Console?
I just had to DC from a match because the rubber band effect was so bad that I wound up back at the same pallet 2x AFTER vaulting it in chase. It was like the worst blip in the Matrix it made me feel queasy.
Can someone please tell me if this is a console related issue or DbD issue? I'm on PS4 and the lobby seemed stable enough.

Its a crossplay issue. This happened to me too, and thats why i turned it off. Turn crossplay off, play a match and turn it back on. That fixed it for me.

I'm on ps4, crossplay off. I noticed rubberband increased a bunch when they increased the tick rate.

TY @hillbillyclaudmain69 and @bm33 for the information. I'd been reluctant to turn Crossplay off due to queue times, but I'm going to give it a try! I'm willing to try anything to keep the match from turning into a dumpster fire I can't slog through.

I've had crossplay off since after the first day. My waits for either side have only been minute or two. I think alot on ps4 turned off crossplay.
