Bloody Party Streamers on Killers?

So what is the deal with this offering? You have BPS and Survivor Pudding on the killers offering and I don't understand why, unless BPS is for both killer and survivor, they both do the same job, 100% BP for all categorys

    BPS is for both killer & survivors

    BPS gives bonus bloodpoints to everybody in the match, Pudding only give bonus bloodpoints to the killer
