The Nurse, BEST killer
The Nurse is the best killer in the game, do we agree ?
1 : it can counter obstacles
2 : it moves very fast with its teleportation (even faster with addons)
3 : it is very fast for hits, it can be countered with difficulty but not forever, especially if it changes its tactics all the time
4 : she doesn't care about floors, no need for stairs
5 : it can easily grab from anywhere
6 : she has cool addons
7 : she will never be able to be nervous again.
8 : she is slow, but, not her power... with her power she becomes the most mobile killer in the game (except against Billy, but Billy is a bit less precise and slower)
9 : many perks work well with it, and make fatal
10 : a well mastered Nurse neutralizes SWF very quickly
11 : the perk of Pyramid head to become undetectable will make the Nurse.. Overpowering!
And finally, she is the most stylish killer of the game, it is a woman, obviously. ^^

Cooldown add-ons are great, her range add-ons give her a disgusting amount of extra distance when used together, metal spoon is a built-in stridor you're essentially running 5 perks, the wooden horse is great if you're practicing and you whiff a lot because it removes that extra cooldown, plaid flannel is great for learning blink ranges and makes her really easy to play.
Catatonic boys treasure makes chain blinks recover a second faster, so that's 1 less second looking at the ground which is a lot considering how much you're blinking around in a match and losing vision on survivors staring at the ground the whole time.
Imagine saying her add-ons are "pure trash" when all of these do nothing but enhance the already best ability in the game. Her purple "last breath" add-ons are useless I'll give you that. If their effects didn't use up your 2nd blink they would be really good but some genius at BHVR thought that'd be a good idea. They're almost useless. Her reds are also bad but that's kind of a tradition for all DbD killers at this point so I don't really care.

Yes yes, and that's also what I find when I play a game as a survivor with red ranks in my team, they all get taken apart like car wheels.
Certainly these nurses are rare, without Plaid, without addons, and sometimes without perks.. Respect

Most of her add ons suck. She is the strongest killer, that's been widely accepted for some time. The thing is she's just not as fun to play as anymore due to her bugs. Half the time I'm fighting the blink mechanics as much as the survivors. Times when I should have gone through something but didnt. Or times when I landed right on top of a survior and it auto locked my swing to a hook.

Hey gl with that, it's definitely a small learning curve with her but once you get her figured out you're on ez street. The two bits of advice I stuck to when I she's her often was to laugh off and not worry about messing up too much, just keep a cool head and don't think about it because it will happen in the beginning. And also aim to blink to the survivor's back and not blink directly on top of them because that's when you get all turned around and bamboozled and will probably mess up the 2nd blink more often than not. This may or may not help, Idk just focus on having fun lmao

And above all, the map of Pyramid head, more precisely.. there are some bugs for sure...
I resume, the general bug of the sound of injured survivors.. even with Stridor we do not hear the survivor...

Oh personally I could understand its power, I could see how fatal it could be, but of course it only happens one day and then the next day it's as if you hadn't learned anything. It's frustrating but once you master it you feel completely powerful
I can imagine how Nurses at this level feel about SWFs who think at the beginning of the game "rush gen EZ" when they hear the Nurse, but when they realize that the Nurse is under control... they hide in the lockers or in the tall grass, or DC...🤣

I strongly advice against Plaid Fannel. That addon doesn't work well on dedicated servers.

In my opinion, nurse is the strongest killer in the game and the fact that people say her add-ons suck only means that she is a really strong base killer as well which is a positive.

Agreed. She'll always be my main but I really wish the devs would quit neglecting her, fix her bugs, and buff some of her more worthless add-ons.

1.)Bad add-ons.
2.)Bugs
3.) Blink dead zones
4.)Slow movement.

It was never good. It just was a crutch you got used to and now can't play without it. At least for most people.

Most of her addons do nothing or hinder her, most maps are bugged for her, blink dead zones refers to maps like midwich where you can't blink in certain places, and I was merely referring to the low pressure nurse has starting out. I'm a nurse main. I know what I'm talking about.

The Spirit does not cross obstacles, if it misses its teleportations it must wait to start again and it is a waste of time. Good loopers can loop her, and NINJA can counter it. There are addons, but depending on addons...
The Spirit depends on the sound, but today there are big bugs in the sound...
She will probably get a nerve. The nurse, you can give her as much nerve as you want, she will always be powerful, to cross any obstacle is powerful.

I think after her rework she got left with a trashcan full of addons, a crapload of new gamebreaking bugs and, of course, an unjustified base power nerf to make her completely unfun and significantly worse than other top tier killers.
(Former) nurse Main with over 1k hours on her, roughly 400 after the destruction, here.

Technically, the killer is still the best, but I find it incredibly difficult to play her. Some of her addons got nerfed into oblivion or completely deleted, and her overall Blink distance is a fraction of what it used to be. Gone are the days when you could overlap the charging (which was intended). Nowadays, your second Blink charge will universally be shorter than the first, since you will time out before you can technically max it out.
I still like her, but it's a huge investment to practice her, and I like playing Pig/Hag more. I'd have to spend a long time relearning proper Blinking.

That's something we can agree on. Without her bugs she still got boring addons and an annoying CD, but that's just personal to me. Without her bugs she's the best killer in dbd.

Exactly. I just had someone tell me that shes the worst in the game bc she's slow, and I played against him in a custom, without bugging out. It was fun.

I experience her bugs quite often when i play her sadly. From deadzones on midwich, sanctum or lery's to not being able to swing, everythings in for me. :(
