Sorry if this is the wrong place, I checked art but it's mostly for submissions.
Heres my questions, are we allowed to make a 1 page comic. Its technically one picture???? Next question, am I allowed to quote a song (its like 2-3 sentences)? Because the rules say "Use of other brand's copyright and paying someone (Commission) to create the artwork will lead to disqualification."
I'm sorry if these are dumb questions I dont wanna get disqualified.
