major problem.
im in a game right now, and a killer has trapped me in the corner with another player and weve been trapped here for 5+ minutes now and neither of us are injured so there isn't a way to end the game without taking a penalty.

It has been over an hour and nobody has said anything. Hope you brought a deck of cards or something to pass the time.
Generally as long as one survivor is free and can do gens, the "correct" way is to wait for them to open the exit gates and die to the Entity.
If all survivors are trapped then you just have to hit escape, leave the match and on the scoreboard next to the killers name click on the thumbs up/thumbs down and report him. Ya ain't supposed to do that.

Go to the DbD support with as many details as possible even video if you had recorded it.
They are literally holding the game hostage and that,xs a bannable offence.
