We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

where did people get that from? and is there any way to get it?

Only a select few people have it. Not "every" Nea. It was a code given out by the streamer DiaTech and was only given to whoever he had given the code to.
