Taking the game hostage
Yeah I was playing killer on PS4 and after killing 2 players the other 2 (who were SWF) hid the entirety of the game. No gens were being worked on, nothing was being done. Only 2 gens were left and I circled each for a good 10-15 mins before finally finding someone hiding behind a rock. I of course downed and hooked them. The other guy never saved him and was hiding by hatch and escaped the second it opened. I reported them.
Please do something about this bc I know if I hadn’t of found them, they would’ve hid until I quit.

No naming and shaming, but sadly unless you had this match recently and can still clip it you kinda ######### ngl. If you do do an in game report and do a support ticket with video evidence

Edit out their names before the mods do it. It'll be considered naming and shaming.

I had a match in Oni map. Able to kill 2 Survivors with 2 Gen left (Feng & David left). It took awhile to see a Gen being working on, while at a corner there is noise at regular time (Diversion). Later I found Feng near the Gen, chase hook her, she suicide on hook. David escape through hatch.
Feng had 14k BP, David with Diversion had 11k BP (whichout hatch escape would be 4k BP).
I wish I didnt hook Feng so I can kill David instead. I wish there is a way to sign a Survivor to point out where there team mate is, in situation like this.

If all Survivors stop doing gens and deliberately spend an extended period of time simply hiding, that can be considered holding the game hostage, which is a punishable offense.

Refusing to do obj is absolutely taking the game hostage. There's literally no way for the killer to find them unless they stand still long enough to attract crows. Hence why it took 10-15 minutes to find them. Nobody wants to be in that situation.

So annoying!! I've had teammates that let me die on first hook because they're busy looking for the hatch when we are the last ones alive. I'm sorry this happened, and good on you for not disconnecting! Good luck in your future matches and I hope they are more fun than this one :)!

GRIEFING: INTENTIONAL GAMEPLAY ABUSE
- Working with the opposite team to gain an advantage or grief teammates
- Targeting specific users repeatedly in order to ruin their game experience
- Holding the game hostage
- In-game report REQUIRED / Customer Support ticket OPTIONAL
If survivors fail to do their objective, instead opting to hide for an extended period of time, it is considered holding the game hostage. Nice try.

It was correct to report them for this instance as they weren't doing the objective. If the player is not doing the objective and artificially extending the game for griefings sake, it does fall under holding the game hostage.
