and what could he have possibly done in such a short time to get 2,500 points besides walking a few steps, anyway?

4x quitter bonus. They were probably registered as being completely loaded into the match when it cancelled? Doesn't make a lot of sense but when one person quits they get 625 BP so if all 4 "DC" the killer gets 2500 BP

Yeah, thats Quitter Bonus. However, they dont get the BPs, it just looks like they got it.

That’s a pretty big delay, could’ve had sth to do with PC as I’ve never experienced that kind of “glitch” on console.
