THE KILLSIGHT KURSE chapter.
Cursed by a mysterious being, a hiker finds himself face to face with death itself, everyone who looks at his face by photo or in person, always dies. He cant stop it, there is nothing to stop, only death is what he brings.
The new killer is THE SHY GUY.
NEW POWER: KILLSIGHT
Brought to a mysterious place filled with a looming presence, something overtakes the shy guys body causing him more pain not just to himself, but to everyone that’s ever lived.
Start the trial with 5 Cursed Photographs, place these on any wall in the trial. survivors who look at these send him to the panicky state.
Instead of having a basic attack, shy guy is much faster than the survivors.
Survivors who look directly at the shy guy will send him in a panicky state, babbling, screaming crying. after ten seconds, the survivor who looked at shy guy will be highlighted by killer instinct, and send shy guy into the ambush state, he has high speed, can break pallets instantly, vault windows faster, but losses the ability to attack all survivors but the one who triggered him. the shy guy can instantly knock down the triggerer with one attack, doing so will return him to the docile state. where he can then perform normal actions, survivors looking at shy guys photo while he is carrying a survivor, will immedietly be the next target, causing shy guy to immedietly drop the survivor he is carrying and enraging him once more.
NEW PERKS
HEX: THE KILLING KURSE
while this hex is active, when all survivors have been hooked once, depending on how many are left, all survivors become exposed for 10/15/20 seconds and you can immedietly kill one of the survivors, this perk has a recharge rate of 50/45/40 seconds.
REVITALIZED
taking this perk into a trial with a hex perk or more, will allow this perk to activate, while the perk is active, the next hex totem that is broken will be restored by the entity 40/35/30 seconds after it is broken, the revitalized totem spawns somewhere else. once this perk is used, it is deactivated for the rest of the trial.
HEX: KETER CLASS
A normal hex totem and a trapped hex totem spawn in the trial, the normal hex totem when broken deactivates the trapped totem and the perk, when the trapped hex totem is destroyed, the generator close to being fully repaired, losses all its progression, the hex is deactivated afterwards.

I would love something like this, SCP's are awesome.
But the devs have said that they are only going for the big licenses and I doubt they think SCP's are big enough :(

I would love SCP in DBD. Unfortunatly, they can't have any rights to sell it... because I any SCP lover should know.
SCP is a privatelicense where you can create derivate games from it... BUT you can't sell anything derivate from it
If they do that, the DLC must be free, which won't happen

Not necessarily. SCP Blackout is able to be sold for 20$ and cant be legally pirated. If one dude was able to pull it off Im sure BHVR could do the same. Pretty sure Mahelyk struck a deal with SCPs legal team higher ups to make it happen.

SCP Blackout is a Horror VR/Flatscreen PC game among the same lines as SCP Containment Breach (The thing that made SCP semi popular in the first place). It is the best VR horror game Ive ever had the pleasure of playing.

I'm not even sure SCP : Blackout has the right to be sell, it's the first time I see a SCP game to be sell

Considering they got Volgun (Site mod and a prominent figurehead of the community) to do art and endorse it tons, Id say if Blackout was in trouble it would have happened last year when the game came out yknow? I really hope it is true, otherwise SCPs hopes of being in DBD are forever dashed.
