Halloween Sale? What's on Sale?

I've tried looking for specifics on various social medias for DBD and haven't been able to find detailed information on it. I've even looked at the in-game store and even found anything nor on steam. Does anybody have a list of what is on sale or a link to somewhere which lists the sale items? It would be much appreciated, thank you.

I saw that some skins and characters were on sale as advertised on the in-game store but when I looked it didn't look like anything was actually on sale.

The characters that are on sale are Adam and Clown for half of their AC price because of the tome.

I guess they forgot to activate the sales button

I saw the banner for discounted cosmetics on the featured page, went to check and found no discounts. Restarted the game and the banner is gone now too.
