Who else has party issues?

My friends and I have consistently been encountering party and connections issues when we play Dead By Daylight on Xbox. When we are trying to put together a party, sometimes one of my friends will join the party, but no one else will see them. Additionally, Unknown Network errors are also very frequent for all of us. Does anyone else encounter these issues? I'm trying to figure out if this issue is exclusively to my Xbox squad.
