Rift pass and bp's from challenges

Do you get more per challenge if you have the pass ? Wasnt it more on the last pass ? Or it grows with the levels ?

The same amount of all.
Just buy if u want the premium cosmetics, buy it when u reached the max lvl, (i recommend)

The Premium Rift provides no boost to climbing the Rift faster, it just has more cosmetics and charms to unlock. You should really only get Premium if there are cosmetics on that side which you want, or you reach Tier 70 in the Rift (where you'd get all your auric cells back immediately).
