Question for those using PS4 after the update.

Is anyone having issues using their down arrow button on PS4? I’m trying to read the patch notes and scroll down the character outfits but it’s not registering. Tried restarting, but it doesn't work. The button works fine otherwise everywhere else outside of the DBD app (I can scroll through my friend list still in SWF to invite them).
