Besides the obvious Claudette which character blends best in the majority of places.
I'm looking for the type that can squat right next to the killer best, I'm thinking maybe Tapp or Jake?

feng is like 3 pixels in size most killers can't see her when croutched at point blank

I would say both Felix and Adam have pretty dark cosmetics

Jake and Bill blend in pretty well on the farm and junkyard maps.

Kinda think most of DbD's guys are automatically out of the running for 2nd; they're all just inherently bulkier than their female peers. Even if Ace does deserve the consolation prize for having the quietest survivor audio.
Of the girls, maybe Zarina? She gets a lot of brown/tan cosmetics which echo the earth-tone color palette that makes Claudette's wardrobe so effective. Think she might even get camo accents on a few of them.
Otherwise I'd give it to Kate with her Midnight Rider outfit. Black Leather unsurprisingly blends into most dark backgrounds pretty well. Plus you could always use an alternate hairstyle of a darker coloration too.

Why would you want to play anyone other than Claudette in the first place? She’s the best! Especially with her cute winter hat!

Bill's green/brown blends in pretty well on maps with similar tints.

P2 adam, or the other default Tapp (the brown jacket). Those are the darkest characters besides Claudette, and adam can be impossible to spot on certain maps in his P2 outfit (Yamaoka being a big one).

Pizza Dwight is the best stealth character since you can blend in with lockers

I don't know. My boyfriend runs a really dark, blended outfit on Jake and I couldn't tell you the amount of times a killer has walked right past him completely oblivious that he's right in front of their faces.
