That feeling when...
You go against a 3-stack SWF with a key, but shut the hatch on the last one and leave him on the ground to bleed out as a lesson.
Karma.
In all seriousness, I think a viable key/mori rework would allow you to only use it once. One survivor can leave per each time a key is used. Closing the hatch early doesn't trigger EGC (unless there's only one survivor remaining), but each survivor would need a key and need to make it to the hatch to open it.
As for moris, the killer would only be able to kill one survivor per game. Possibly limited to the obsession, disincentivizing obsession perks on both sides.

a better solution for moris would be to set them to death hook use only.

That incentivizes long-term tunneling. Moris, by design, incentivize tunneling, but limiting it to only one survivor curbs tunneling as a tactic.

My solution to Moris is to make it so the killer has to hit the survivor over and over again. With each hit the survivor gets closer and closer to death so they take a penalty to all actions, and run a little bit slower after each hit. Then when they finally collapse you can Mori.

Death hook only would make moris useless just like the current death hook only mori the cypress mori.

Cypress mori is for entertainment purposes only.

i think keys need some time to open hatch loading bar i mean

oh I had no idea they already had one for that.
you're right it would make them pointless.

It's not a bad idea, but allowing keys to give an entire team a hatch escape is more broken than how quickly they activate, I believe.

yes you are right there should be a limit of players who can escape the hatch with one key
