Error al tratar de jugar de sobreviviente

Buenas noches espero y pueda alguien ayudarme con un problema en el juego, cuando quiero jugar de sobreviviente me aparece un error que es el de color rojo después de darle aceptar me aparece el de color azul y no me deja jugar solo de sobreviviente, de killer no hay problema, al igual cuando quiero invitar amigos no me aparece que se le envió invitación y al igual no puedo unirme a ningún grupo si me invitan, ya desinstale el juego, reinstale, reinicie mi pc y nada, no que mas hacer espero y puedan ayudarme!!! saludos
