dead hard bug, floating in air as if killer picking you up ?

what the hell is this, i keep trying to use dead hard then my character does the animation as if i'm down and being picked up ?? it's randomly happened to me when other survivors have been hit also


I literally can't use the perk does anyone else have this ?
