Screaming and chainsaws way too loud

Idk if this is only on Switch but when a survivor screams or the killer is using their chainsaw(billy/cannibal) it is above all other sound in the game even if they’re on the other side of the map and it is really loud for me with headphones on. It used to be quieter the farther they were away from me and I understand that we need to hear it but I wish there was an option in settings to turn it back to the old sound when they scream or use chainsaw so if they get downed across he map it actually sounds like it and doesn’t hurt my ears.
