I own all the chapters for DBD, but I still get Black Splinters in my bloodwebs on all killers. I play the game on Xbox and bought all the content through the MS store, EXCEPT Myers/Lori which I bought with Auric cells. Just had it show up on the first rung for level 40 Spirit on the path to her final teachable.
