Is there a tier 3 Doctor bug?

I went against a Doctor earlier and after I was rescued I went into tier 3 and got downed again. I used DS and instead of running my character immediately started to snap out of it, without me pressing anything. Needless to say, I immediately went down again because of it. I was rescued a second time and as soon as I got off the hook my character started snapping out of it again and I died. Has anyone else had this happen? I haven't gone against another Doctor since so idk if it was just a one time thing or if it's a bug that should be reported?
