Why is switch for me so laggy?

I’ve just got out of a round where I was bubba (Leatherface) and everyone got out. I wasn’t able to get any hooks because I was so slow. I thought it was normal but when I played mobile, I was at a speed I knew I was supposed to be, I was able to make lunge attacks, and I got a 4K without lag. But when I play on switch I get nobody. Why am I so slow. Please answer this. I deleted most of my games to play this and it’s not like I have a pc that is better with handling games, and I have good internet. Why am I so slow?

The FPS is so bad you can’t tell what speed you are moving at. They really need to improve the FPS
