What if Sole Survivor worked globally like Open Handed & Up The Ante?

So what if Sole Survivor were buffed to work globally for the team so that in the event 1 survivor dies, the remaining 3 get aura blocking at a range of 24m?
2 survivors die? The remaining 2 get aura blocking at a range of 48m.
Obviously only the last survivor with Sole Survivor equipped gets the full 72m blocking range, and if the survivor with Sole Survivor dies before other survivors, they lose the aura blocking.

That would make the perk way more useful and could (somehow) lead to a balance/rework of OoO (hopefuly)
