what killer should I get with shards?

Edit: the only DLC I have is bubba and pyramid Head. I look for not too hard killer with unique power.

Doctor, Legion, and Clown are all pretty straightforward characters if that's what you're seeking. They are pretty easy to get into, but they can feel a little bland after a while due to their simplicity (in my opinion of course. All of them have some devoted players).
However, Blight and Oni are speedy boys; it makes them really fun to learn and play (kind of drives a constant desire to improve with them which I think just isn't present for the above 3).
Otherwise Spirit is widely considered to be very strong and isn't that tough to learn if you're up to the challenge. She's certainly not a "pick up and play" killer, but she's also not a "take yer lumps first" killer like Nurse or Hag.

Blight and Oni are slightly harder to play. Blight especially, as he requires a lot of map knowledge.
Doctor and Legion are both mid to high tier killers that are easy to pick up. Doctor has Monitor and Abuse as a teachable perk, while Legion has Discordance.
Maybe you'd enjoy Hag? She's a little harder to learn, but she's one of the best killers AND has one of the lowest pick rates. A lot of newer survivors see her so rarely that they don't know how to play against her. She also comes with Hex: Ruin as a teachable, which is a nasty good perk (when it lasts).

Get oni if you want to one hit survivors and he's fun too:D or get death slinger if you love to shoot people and drag em towards you:) he's also fun.

Plague is a pretty good option. Pretty fun to play and has great perks to unlock. Clown also has a great perk to unlock, but isn't all the strong or fun to play. Doctor is also pretty good. He's probably the easiest killer to farm bloodpoints with. If you put BBQ and distressing on him, you'll never have to worry about finding survivors and can just focus on getting better at chases.

Perk wise I'd say either Plague or Clown.
Clown: Bamboozle is really good on Bubba. Pop is the 1st or 2nd best slowdown perk in the game.
Plague: Set up killers love Corrupt. Corrupt is also really good slowdown perk. Infectious Fright works extremely well on killers who have instadown abilities.
